The series of activities was held at Hong Bang International University (HIU) and KOTO Vocational Training Center, including two main parts: Ingredients Experience Workshop and Creative Culinary Competition.

On March 14, 2025, the program “Molecular Gastronomy: Canadian Ingredients Innovation” co-organized by 2D&ONE took place successfully in Ho Chi Minh City, attracting the participation of many professional chefs, culinary experts and culinary enthusiasts.
