Science and art in molecular gastronomy
The event was honored to welcome the Canadian Ambassador and Chef Vu Xuan Truong - who directly instructed, demonstrated and shared knowledge about molecular gastronomy.
Under the guidance of Chef Truong, attendees had the opportunity to access advanced techniques such as spherification (creating smooth liquid droplets) and foaming (creating a layer of fluffy foam) - where science and art blend to transform the structure of the dish, bringing a completely new taste experience.

Cooking competition between talented Vietnamese chefs
In addition to the impressive performances, the event also marked the shining of the Top 5 excellent chefs in Ho Chi Minh City, who won the previous online competition. This is a testament to the skills, creativity and passion of the young chef community.
