Here, talented chefs brought special dishes made from premium Canadian ingredients such as beef, pork, ginseng, maple syrup, blueberries and Canadian beans.
In particular, the program had the participation of two famous chefs:
♦ Chef Tran Le Thanh Thien - Master, Lecturer of HUTECH's Faculty of Tourism - Restaurant - Hotel Management, Vice President of the World Master Chef Association in Vietnam.
♦ Chef Le Thanh Tung - Head Chef of Sky Pub restaurant.
Visitors not only enjoyed attractive dishes but also had the opportunity to receive unique gifts, learn cooking secrets from top chefs, and learn more about the origin, growing areas and seasons of Canadian agricultural products.

The series of activities was held at Hong Bang International University (HIU) and KOTO Vocational Training Center, including two main parts: Ingredients Experience Workshop and Creative Culinary Competition.
2D&ONE continues its journey to spread the message of green and sustainable living when collaborating with the Canadian Embassy to organize the program “Canadian Plant-based Ingredients, Bet It's Extremly Good!” at Hong Bang International University (HIU). This is a continuation of the success of the activity at KOTO Training Center, and marks an important step in the campaign to promote Canadian vegan ingredients to the young student community in Vietnam.
