The workshop at HIU has become an exciting journey of discovery for students with a passion for food. Experts introduced in detail the origins, nutritional values and environmental benefits of Canadian plant-based ingredients. Through direct experience, students not only learned cooking techniques but also gained a deeper understanding of sustainable culinary philosophy and healthy lifestyle.

The highlight of the program at HIU was the culinary competition, where students demonstrated their unlimited creativity to transform Canadian vegan ingredients into unique and attractive dishes. The competition saw the participation of many talented teams, creating an exciting competitive atmosphere. The impressive presentations not only demonstrated cooking techniques but also brought emotional culinary stories, connecting the audience and judges.

As a marketing agency, 2D&ONE ensured that every step of the organization was professional, from planning and program design to media management and on-site experiences. The event not only achieved the goal of promoting Canadian vegan ingredients but also inspired sustainable cuisine in the HIU student community.
