2D&ONE Accompanies the California Agricultural Export Council (CAEC) – Developing Agricultural Markets Through Unique Culinary Workshops
Recently, 2D&ONE has cooperated with the California Agricultural Export Council (CAEC) to organize a series of workshops called "California Agricultural Products - Accompanying Vietnamese Agricultural Products". The series of three events took place at the 2D&ONE Culinary Academy - 2D&ONE Culinary Academy, marking an important step in connecting California's high-quality agricultural products with Vietnam's creative culinary scene.

Recently, 2D&ONE has cooperated with the California Agricultural Export Council (CAEC) to organize a series of workshops called "California Agricultural Products - Accompanying Vietnamese Agricultural Products". The series of three events took place at the 2D&ONE Culinary Academy - 2D&ONE Culinary Academy, marking an important step in connecting California's high-quality agricultural products with Vietnam's creative culinary scene.
At the workshop, students not only had direct access to typical products from dried fruits, nutritious seeds and high-end processed products of California but also received cooking instructions from a team of experienced chefs at the 2D&ONE Culinary Academy. Under the guidance of Master - Chef Tran Le Thanh Thien, along with Chef Nguyen Dao and Chef Tung Le, traditional Vietnamese dishes were elevated, taking on a new and creative look when harmoniously combined with international ingredients.
The highlight of the event was not only the hands-on cooking experience but also the creation of a space for culinary cultural exchange between Vietnam and California. Students were able to explore modern processing methods, and at the same time understand more about the origin, production process and nutritional value of imported agricultural products.
